Join certified Kripalu yoga teacher, Marie Kirwan as she explores mindfulness in six weekly sessions. Marie will discuss the distinction between mindfulness and meditation. What is mindfulness? How can we be more mindful? What is meditation? What are some different ways to meditate? This course will answer these questions and will introduce various tools for participants to use in dealing with the stresses of daily life in a positive, and not a self-destructive way.
