All regular meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:00 P.M.  Meetings are held in the Business Resource Center of the Massena Public Library, 41 Glenn St. Massena. Due to the number of covid-19 cases in St. Lawrence County, Massena Public Library Board of Trustees Meetings will be held virtually for the foreseeable future.  For a Zoom link to a meeting, call the library at (315) 769-9914 or email maslib@ncls.org, and the link will be emailed to you one day before the meeting.
